The Maes Manor Hotel is proud to offer a package that allows you to tailor make your own unique conference.
Once the room hire fee is paid the rest is up to you, all equipment and catering ‘extras’ are individually priced so you need only pay for what you actually want or need.
Simply choose the items you require, fill out the enclosed forms and return to the hotel (subject to prior booking of date and room required and deposit received).


Room Hire Charges

The room hire charge includes - set up of your chosen layout, paper and pencils, mints, use of power points and extension cables, free parking, access to Wi–Fi connection.
