Once the room hire fee is paid the rest is up to you, all equipment and catering ‘extras’ are individually priced so you need only pay for what you actually want or need. Simply choose the items you require, fill out the enclosed forms and return to the hotel (subject to prior booking of date and room required and deposit received). Room Hire ChargesThe room hire charge includes - set up of your chosen layout, paper and pencils, mints, use of power points and extension cables, free parking, access to Wi–Fi connection.

Faxing and Photocopying facilities are available at the Hotel charged at 15p per Fax and 10p per photocopy (black and white only). CateringWith your room hire you can also include the following refreshments, prices quoted are inclusive of V.A.T and apply to one serving per delegate.
