1. Minimum numbers for the day reception are 70 covers. Where numbers fall below this number, you will be charged a room hire fee structured on the following basis:

*£30 x the shortfall in numbers.

2. It is not compulsory that you order a buffet in the evening. If you do require a buffet in the evening all guests have to be catered for, and the minimum buffet charge is £8.95 per head.

3. Having decided on a date, a non refundable deposit of £250 is required to confirm your reservation and a further £500 is required 6 months prior to the wedding date. The remaining balance will then need to be settled at least 10 days before the big day.

5. We do permit confetti to be used in the hotel grounds. We respectfully ask that no confetti is used within the hotel itself.
