2. It is not compulsory that you order a buffet in the evening. If you do require a buffet in the evening all guests have to be catered for, and the minimum buffet charge is £8.95 per head. 3. Having decided on a date, a non refundable deposit of £250 is required to confirm your reservation and a further £500 is required 6 months prior to the wedding date.
